A residential apartment building project in the central part of Vilnius, developed on a land plot owned by the owner. The houses are built - you buy an apartment after viewing it in person, not from drawings.
About the project
"K17" is a residential apartment building project with commercial premises on the basement (ground) floor. All commercial premises have separate entrances from the street, and apartments start from the first floor.
All apartments are residential , and the project is being developed on a land plot owned by the owner. Apartment areas range from 27 to 136 sq m, with the possibility of combining several apartments into a larger one.
The only project in the central part of Vilnius with so many green spaces – a closed internal square and even a 30 acre green zone (mini park) in front of Kernavės st.
The developers, architects, and designers themselves expressed their desire to live in the project - therefore, the houses are built with quality, as if they were their own.
The project is being developed in two phases; underground parking is installed under the houses.
