Could a career as a real estate broker be your next step?
Does earning 10,000 EUR per month sound unrealistic to you?
If you work in sales, have you ever thought that your income depends not only on how well you sell, but also on what you sell, how much you sell it for, and what percentage your employer gives you?
Let's say you're already a real estate broker. You know how to find clients, organize meetings, present real estate, negotiate, and close deals.
How much could you expect to earn per month and every month?
Let's simulate the possible options
Currently, a typical two-room apartment in Vilnius costs around EUR 150,000–300,000. And the commission of a real estate broker selling such a property can reach around 3% in case of success.
Let's say you sell an apartment for 150,000 EUR or an apartment for 300,000 EUR:
EUR 300,000 × 3% = EUR 9,000
EUR 300,000 × 3% = EUR 9,000
Good real estate brokers sometimes make three or more such deals or even larger ones per month. Not every month and certainly not every broker, but such opportunities do exist in this market.
And now the most important question you need to ask yourself:
Could I be one of those successful real estate brokers?
You may have more qualities of a successful real estate broker than you think.
If you like sales, easily establish relationships with people, love to negotiate, know how to independently organize your work, are persistent and strive for the best result, then you already have a lot of what is needed for this profession.
And if you're not sure, check.
We have prepared a 50-question real estate broker test that will help you better assess your approach to work, sales, communication, and difficult situations.
The test is not short. Some of the questions will make you think. However, if you are seriously considering a career as a real estate broker, this can be an interesting first challenge.
What does a real estate broker actually do?
The job of a real estate broker is not just about beautiful apartments or luxurious homes, pleasant meetings, and high commissions.
And the broker's job is not to upload an ad to a real estate ad portal.
A good real estate broker must be able to find clients, earn their trust, conduct real estate market analysis, understand real estate pricing, properly present the property for sale, be knowledgeable in sales, negotiations, and marketing, and have a basic understanding of real estate law and financing.
Therefore, you will need to learn a lot.
There will be more than one negotiation that ends without a deal.
There will be days when you put in a lot of work, but you don't see the results yet.
You will need to look for new clients, new opportunities, learn, make decisions, and start all over again and again.
However, the earnings may be something you never even dreamed of before.
This is not easy money, but it can be achieved through honest and quality work.
And the profession of a real estate broker will reward you with interesting clients, negotiations, different real estate properties, and experience that you won't find or gain anywhere else.
Don't have any real estate broker experience? We will train you.
We help those who want to become good real estate brokers, so if you have no experience, we will train you and help you become a true real estate professional.
We do not expect you to come knowing how to value real estate, understand real estate law, know how to conduct market analysis, or know all the intricacies of a successful real estate transaction.
For this, we have professional training and a mentoring program for real estate brokers.
Your path will look something like this: Learn → Work with a mentor → Make your first deals → Become an independent real estate broker
It all starts with real estate broker training
You will learn how to find clients, earn their trust, conduct market analysis, determine the price of real estate, present and sell real estate, conclude contracts, and conduct negotiations.
You will receive the knowledge and practical tools you need to start your own real estate brokerage business.
Mentoring and first deals await
After the training, we will not send you to the market alone. You will not take your first steps alone.
Together with an experienced real estate broker, you will look for clients, prepare for meetings, analyze real objects, solve real situations, and pursue your first transactions.
When you don't know what to do, you'll have someone to ask. When you need to make an important decision, you'll have someone to consult with.
Because it's one thing to listen to training and it's quite another to sit down in front of a client, take the first object, start negotiations and conclude your first real estate transaction.
That's what mentoring is for.
And where could you be in three months?
If you study seriously, work actively, and use the help of a mentor, in about three months you can complete the mentoring program and be ready to work independently as a real estate broker.
Of course, each person's path is individual. Some people succeed in their first transactions more quickly, while others need more time and effort.
We don't promise it will be easy. But we promise that we will teach, share our experiences, and help you take your first steps.
And if you really like sales, people, and negotiations, we believe that this path will be not only useful but also interesting for you.
Training and support
We are one of the largest real estate agencies in Lithuania and we believe that we have become so not only due to good financial conditions for real estate brokers, but also due to constant team training and overall growth.
Even after becoming an independent broker, you will have the opportunity to constantly improve and grow as a real estate professional.
Every week, together with experienced real estate brokers and property appraisers, we analyze real objects, their pricing, the real estate market, its dynamics, sales situations, and various transactions.
There are also weekly professional development training courses: sales, negotiations, marketing, personal awareness, artificial intelligence, real estate law, financing, and other relevant topics that help real estate brokers grow and develop.
Because a good broker is not someone who already knows everything. A good broker is someone who never stops learning.
Because this is where the difference lies between someone who just tried their hand at real estate brokerage and someone who decided to become a professional in this field.
And why "Vilniaus Turtas"?
This is probably a normal question. If you have already decided to try your hand at the real estate broker profession, why should you start with us?
18+ years in the real estate market
Over the years, we have seen a very different real estate market, very different clients, and thousands of different situations. A well-known name and reputation help earn the trust of clients. And when you start working as a real estate broker, this is really important.
Training and mentor
We have already told you about them. Our goal is not just to hire a new person to the team. We want to help them learn how to work and become an independent real estate broker.
Modern CRM system

Command
When you don't know, there will be something to ask. And not just theoretically. Brokers and real estate specialists work nearby, who sell real estate every day, negotiate, solve problems, and make deals.
An office you want to come to
A modern workplace, meeting spaces, all the necessary equipment, a team nearby, and delicious coffee.
But there is another very important thing.
How much will it cost you to work at an agency when you start earning?
Let's say you're already a real estate broker and have earned 10,000 euros. Do you know how much of that is left for you?
Not all real estate agencies make the same amount of money, even if they make exactly the same deals.
In some agencies, the broker gives a portion of the commission from each transaction, while in others, different remuneration models and additional fixed fees apply.
At Vilniaus Turtes, we work differently.
You keep 100% of your earned commissions and only pay a fixed monthly fee of EUR 275 to the agency.
Let's do the math.
Earned commission: 10,000 EUR
Agency commission: 0 Eur
Fixed monthly fee: 275 Eur
You have: 9,725 EUR left
Before personal taxes and individual activity expenses.
Imagine achieving such results in more than one month.
Just because of the different agency compensation systems, you may end up with significantly more in a year.
And the more you earn, the bigger this difference becomes.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience to get started?
No need. We teach from the basics, and you make your first deals together with a mentor. We write more about training on a separate page.
How soon can I start earning?
The first month is for learning. With active work, the first deals usually happen within two to three months, but everyone's path is different.
Is this a full-time job?
No. You work independently and plan your own time. Therefore, your income depends on the result, not on the number of hours.
How much does it cost to work at your agency?
You do not give anything from the commissions you earn to the agency. You pay a fixed monthly fee of 275 EUR. The more you earn, the smaller the share of income it makes up.
How is the selection process?
First, a coffee interview, no CV and no obligations. If you want to check in advance, take the real estate broker test.
