I decided to sell my apartment and contacted one agent (I won't mention his name), I was very dissatisfied with his work, because he could only offer me to sell the apartment to resellers for a very low price, when it lasted for several months, I decided to change the agent and chose Martyna.
She immediately started showing my apartment to potential buyers, even though the ad wasn't even on the portals yet. She checked all the apartment documents, it turned out that new cadastral measurements were needed, so she found someone to do them herself.
